About project WT1

The WORLD TRIATHLETE 1 project consists of a number of chosen races held round the world within one calendar year at least in four different sports disciplines of TRIATHLON as a sport branch. 

This project is announced for male and female categories. Results achieved in particular races will be transposed into points.

The highest number of points from each sport discipline will be counted to the total WORLD TRIATHLETE 1 rank.

Final WORLD TRIATHLETE 1 rank in separate categories (men and women) will be given by the total of points from each sport discipline. There is a condition to score in all sports disciplines announced in appropriate year.

Competitor who wins maximum points in the end of calendar year becomes the best world triathlete (male and female) for the given year.
